Campaign 180 rages on with spectacular battles and big fights resulting the Axis owning 54% of the map currently. Also see our new Campaign Information sheet which will be updated and posted before the start of every new campaign. This sheet will provide specific campaign game settings and help reduce confusion when changes are made. Finally a report from front lines from the Axis CinC Kardehk and the Allied CinC Colt.
CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
We are posting our new "public" Campaign Information sheet for all players. This information is commonly requested and we will be posting it before the start of every campaign.
CAMPAIGN 180
Campaign 180 is in full swing with Axis forces making advances westward at this time. Tier progression is faster in this campaign as the Americans just arrived with Tier 3. We have reports from the front lines from both of our Commanders in Chief.
Axis CinC Report from: Kardehk
9 February 2021
From the Field Desk of the Commander in Chief:
When the battles began, the Wehrmacht had one mission: HOLD THE LINE! And hold the line we did! With word reaching GHC that soon panzers capable of taking on the British Matildas would soon be in the TOE, our forces dug in to weather the storm in the British sectors while carrying the war to the French in the South.
As Panzer IIIH units arrived, we shifted to an aggressive stance across the front, cutting the South with 3.Panzer units in a 24 hour period by capturing 10 Allied-held towns and isolating another 12 to starve out until surrender.
With the Southern flank secured, Axis forces went full attack, crossing the Meuse at Dun and rapidly advancing. Montfaucon was captured after hard fighting and then buffered to bring in Luftwaffe forces.
In the Center, several river towns were taken by 4.Panzer, putting Allied command on their back foot. The important towns of Andenne and Namur were also captured, shoring up the Center for further Axis exploitation.
Armee Group North (led by 16.ID) captured strategic towns on Lier and Leuven after days of hard back-and-forth fighting from the St. Truiden/Paal line. This fighting was some of the most fierce and put Axis forces on the doorstep of Antwerp and Brussels, with Antwerp falling to the forces of the Reich in a devastating blow to Allied morale!
The Kriegmarine has been active in defense of German-held positions as well as shelling British factories at Whitstable. KM has plugged the holes in several desperate holding actions!
Luftwaffe has been present over every attack and defense in numbers. Control of the air keeps our Heer able to concentrate on the enemy before them. The LW has delivered that ability as well as providing CAS.
The Luftwaffe also delivered heavy blows to British and French resupply on 6 February. Two massive raids of escorted HE111 bombers struck Allied factories, slowing each Allied nation’s resupply by ~35%. Escort fighters were heavily involved in getting the bombers to target and back home.
Westward! That is the only word from German High Command...WESTWARD!
The Wehrmacht recognizes Shagher, retired CinC of Axis Forces, for serving well and with distinction. Shagher was awarded the Gold Cross (Heer) with Diamonds for his service as CinC.

Allied CinC Report: Colt
S! Allied Armed Forces. Over the past week we have seen the onslaught of the Hun taking territories without honor not known to the gentlemanly conduct of our alliance. We must begin to pull together thru communication and team work. I am asking all able officers attend a general staff meeting on Saturday February 13 at 11am Server time. Please communicate to the Chain of Command if you will be able to attend or not. This will be a relatively short and concise meeting, to develop our plan of attack to push the evil tyranny back from whence they came. “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” - Winston Churchill
