Today is the start of Campaign 113 - WOOT. We also have some important announcements to make about WWII Online, including an important community funding campaign that will help us bring in much needed new hardware. There's a pretty awesome stretch goal plan as well we think you'll like, but onto the announcements.
We've been working hard behind the scenes and wanted to take some time to share with you what's going on.
WORK IN PROGRESS
STEAM UPDATE: We mentioned sometime ago that we'd be looking at our billing system more closely and modernize to a new one in preparation for Steam. Steam continues to be a vital goal we want to achieve and it will take sometime yet. We will retain the ability to deploy on Steam until we're ready - so there's no concern of an expiration.
TRAINING SERVER: We've been listening to the community closely to return the training server. While this is no easy task, we have assigned resources to begin the investigation process of what it would require - stay tuned as we learn more about the requirements.
HOST DEVELOPMENT ON HORIZON: Thanks to some newly added staff we've been able to look at the "host" side of development for the first time in almost 3 years (holy cow!). While there's not much to report here, it DOES indicate a significant step forward to improve the game in ways we haven't explored in awhile.
MARKETING TEAM IN TRAINING: We're creating a dedicated Marketing team to help get the word of WWII Online out to thousands of customers waiting to hear about us. They are currently in training and will be producing results in the near future.
COMMUNITY FUND CAMPAIGN (LIVE NOW)
We're really excited about this funding campaign because it opens up a lot of opportunity for us to modernize our systems more and introduce the next game client, 1.34.11. Who's ready for some Snipers with pistols?
We hope you'll support this and get involved: VISIT THE FUNDING CAMPAIGN (HERE)
NEW TEAM MEMBERS
We'd like to formally welcome aboard a few new contributors to our team who are already helping us out.

- Jeff "Netalyzer2" Celentano: 3D & Texture Artist
