We need to hold at 300+ Heroes

The work gloves are on and our sights are accomplishing tasks throughout 2014. We start off by re-affirming the goal of holding 300 Heroes and we'll explain why that program and goal is so important.

If you haven't yet read the Game Manager's, "Christmas 2013," announcement over the holidays I encourage you to start there as he goes into detail about where we're at as a whole community.

FOUNDATION OF THE HERO PROGRAM

Nearly a year ago we founded the "Hero Builder" program which allows YOU an individual to make a global impact by making the decision to stand up and contribute a little more. In doing so we have recognized those who have participated with an in-game hammer icon, forum icon and forum rank. In the future we hope to have you recognized on more areas, like the stats pages and potentially bring back the web page for old builders.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT

Community members like yourself desire to improve the game, atmosphere etc. You are the team that creates the atmosphere of awesome in the game and you're making a direct impact on making those bigger steps forward we at CRS want to make for you.

Of course all paying subscribers are integral to the game's continuing on, however as a Hero you are literally carrying the weight of another subscriber that would otherwise not be there. You're making that $12 USD difference that keeps us moving along.

WHERE WE ARE AT

Currently we have 232 active Heroes. When we set our goal (300) we made it clear to community members that this was pertinent for the game to go on. You have since seen this Hero goal achievement come to fruition and be well worth the commitment, and it continues as we speak.

WHERE WE NEED TO BE

We need to get back up to the 300+ mark and hold it. We know that it may not seem like there's much visibly going on, but as mentioned by DOC in the above linked article there have been a wide range of things accomplished making this program ever vital.

YOU PERSONALLY MAKE THE DECISION

You are in charge of making the decision to step up, not us or anyone else. This is a choice linked directly to how deeply you value the game as we work our way out of recent dark days, and establish the way towards a new horizon. Those who have the ability to step up as a Hero, we applaud your support and your desire to see more good things happen for your game.
