An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: It is with a mixture of great regret and enormous pride that I am forced to inform my brave fighting forces that we have been forced to abandon our defenses and retreat to the relative safety of the United Kingdom and western France. The precarious defensive line we hoped to hold and counter from last week could not hold in the face of irresistible Axis momentum.

Congratulations to all who fought for the Axis cause this past week your skills on the battlefield were impressive. I have seen may posts on the great job Officers and Players alike have done this past week on communications and it has been a pleasure to read this good job to you all.  Please continue to work on FB's, mark targets and communicate to ensure our continued advancement West as we enter week 5 of this Campaign.

An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: Well we are now at the end of week 3 of the campaign and it has seen fighting all over the map.  Major operations were conducted in the Zee’s this week seeing the allies push the KM out and encircle some brigades.  This week also saw the “Sink A Rat” event in the beginning of the week which was enjoyed by all who attended and supply was set up for the event.  Although the Rats declared a victory (not by me!  J ), it was close, real close.

An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: The front has shifted significantly, and not in our favor. The line we held in the center fell back dramatically, and only heroic defensive actions stopped Axis breakouts. Their successes pulled us out of the south, and it was with great sadness that we left the Southern HQ in Berry as Axis forced us to retreat further into France. The withdrawal from the south was unfortunately mirrored in the north, where the seesaw of offensives and defenses finally stopped in Axis’ favor, despite our tenacious cut off of the Zeeland’s - salute our brave forces that made that audacious move possible.

An excerpt from the desk of the Axis Commander-in-Chief: S! Team Axis.It has been another fantastic week on the front for the Axis Team.  Although the Allies continue to fight hard against our advances west we are slowly moving the line.  There was a number of extraordinarybattles this past week in Juniville, Lier, Andenne, and Vouziers to mention a few.  Everyone is working together and communicating well.
