We will be starting the new campaign (no.57) on Monday the 14th of December, 2009. We're super busy with v1.31 open beta preparations (see other stories for more on that) but I'd like to take some time out to say congratulations to the Axis players for their campaign 56 victory and offer a solid well done to the Allied players for their staunch defensive play. It really was a well fought campaign by both sides.

Servers for WWIIOL:BE came down at 2:15pm CDT (GMT/UTC -5) to update to version 1.30.3.
They were brought back up and the arena unlocked about 2 hours later.
The update will automatically download when you log in.

Well the Allies finally finished their push to victory today and congratualtions to all Battleground Europe players on both sides for a thoroughly interesting campaign and another one with some events we haven't seen happen before. The map was crossed to both ends and then back again!

We had a short term host issue that has kept us from starting the reset process ... but we managed to solve that and will be bringing the servers down at 1:30pm CST (7:30pm GMT) to reconfigure the gameworld for the start of the new campaign (55). We apologize for the delay but we'll get everything down and back up again in the shortest time we possiby can, barring catastrophic issues we expect downtime to be around 45 minutes.
