Today's Friday update will be focusing on the current status of our 64bit implementation, which is progressing and making solid headway. I also want to address the server crashes from this last week and continue to share what we're doing to help improve this both from a code perspective and a physical infrastructure perspective. I also want to discuss with you a call to action that several of you received through e-mail.
Upcoming on March 8th is the big "OPERATION FURY IV," and we have an announce trailer that CHIMM put together (well done!). We need people to sign up for this realism-esque event in the forums at www.wwiionline.com/fury. HEAVY265 will be leading the Allied forces and I will be leading the Axis forces. It'll be an EPIC time with mass-scale combined arms operations, you know the good stuff that WWII Online does best. I am going to double down on making the event awesome by opening up some additional game access, keep reading!
64BIT OPEN BETA STATUS
Our Quality Assurance team is actively testing the 64bit release candidate to make sure everything is solid. Meanwhile, our Operations and Development team are wrestling the BETA server so that we can get it in your hands and conduct a proper Open Beta test. The good news is we are getting darn close, just a little bit of a delay from where we were hoping - welcome to software development! We are on the heels of our release and we cannot wait to open this very important technological door that will allow us to further expand WWII Online's capabilities with further development.
CAMPAIGN SERVER CRASH(ES)
Currently the team is chasing down a couple of crashes which will likely result into a new host being built with fixes. While we won't be able to go into the specific details to these crashes (for opsec) we can say that we've tracked them, we see what's going on, and we're iterating solutions as we speak.
This week the Operations team also made some configuration changes to the physical hardware by moving secondary network cabling to new ports on our secondary switch. This was done to verify we had solid strength and signals on a good network and all cylinders were firing properly (so to speak).
As we have completely changed our setup from Dallas to Portland (for the better), we have to conduct due diligence evaluations and in some cases like these a process of elimination to get things settled in just right. The new servers in Portland overall have better computing power, ranging from better CPUs, Memory, new hard drives, all-new cabling, new switches, new router, insanely good remote management and reporting, uniformed servers and solid interconnectivity.
But when we've introduced so many changes, there's going to be an expectation of some work to iron things out. So stay patient, we're getting there.
XOOM'S CALL TO ACTION
As many of you received e-mails from me personally, I want to continue to encourage the response that has been coming in. We have an absolutely fantastic gaming community and there is only one World War II Online. We are genuinely making progress and are in the process of delivering on our Roadmap. You, our fans and community remain 100% of the reason we remain operational. We are on the road to recovery from our big hit back in October 2019 (where our billing provider dropped the ball on us and required us to complete a 6 month project in 45 days), but we are not there yet. We need to rally together as a positive force to bring supplies to CRS HQ. Thank you to everyone subscribed and who is on the way back, this literally makes the difference!

OPERATION FURY IV - MASSIVE GAME EVENT
Operation Fury (IV) is designed to be a massive in-game event, where players can fall in to an organized force and play WWII Online the very best way it is intended. With large organized groups of players taking it very seriously and working as a team. A lot of effort is going into the planning and organization of this event and it is not your typical server event. Leading the Allied forces will be HEAVY265, and the Axis side will be led by myself, XOOM.
