1.38.1.0 represented significant code changes and major implementations. This is our first pass of cleanup items to resolve post-release issues. More remain in progress.

This major patch introduces Victory Points (the elimination of pay-to-win), foundational lighting enhancements, and several quality-of-life improvements to make experiences for all substantially better.

This hotfix focuses on improving network prediction and smoothing, delivering a more stable and visually consistent experience when observing other players with high ping or packet loss. The result is smoother motion and fewer disruptive visual anomalies during combat and movement. We have also modified the UI sounds for when new objectives are placed, so that they are more period centric and subtle.
