Restoring Antwerp and Brussels as big cities

Antwerp and Brussels are significantly important towns on the outset of any Campaign in WWII Online's history. Years ago they were broken up into several towns given the size and difficulty in taking them. The truth is, we thought that it would result into sustained fights for longer periods of time, and that establishing a foothold in that town would produce better game play.

We were wrong.

What it actually did was make the towns easier to capture, particularly during time zone 3 when 95% of the active playerbase is sleeping.

With that being said, the logical next step was to restore them back to a single city, bringing back old school urban fighting and making these require an active effort to obtain. It shouldn't be easy and it should require an investment of time, resources and effort.

Estimated time to arrival: These updates will be available in our next game release, version 1.38.5.0 which is currently in final testing phases.

I really enjoyed the amazing action it presented during more populated times, but your right.

Good, now roll everythhing else back 10 years, and get rid of free accounts that result in rampant cheating.

Klasse Sache! Würde mir mehr dieser Schritte wünschen :) Da sind ja noch einige Städte, die in mehrere unnötige Abschnitte geteilt wurden ... Reims und so weiter ...

Feels like just another "help the allies" move. Makes it easier for them to just hide behind Antwerp and Brussels with as few as 1 division

It may feel that way, but it's mutually beneficial. When the Axis are able to secure it, they will act as strong defensive positions to hold out. The priority here is to make these larger towns be more meaningful again. S!
